WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your koi purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your koi. We will provide instructions for the return process and offer a refund or replacement.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to prepare your koi for shipping. we use UPS Next Day Air shipping method, you will receive your order next day, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, We currently ship live koi within the continental United States only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or international addresses is not available at this time.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
