Shipping Method
We ship live koi fish via next-day delivery using a reliable carrier: UPS Next Day Air to ensure their safe arrival.
All shipments include insulated packaging and oxygen-filled double bags for optimal fish health.

Shipping Schedule
live koi are shipped Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend delays. Order placed after Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping Fees: orders $1-$200 UPS Next Day Air $65, orders $201-$359 UPS Next Day Air $110, orders over $360, free shipping.

Shipping Area
We currently ship live koi within the continental United States only.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns on live koi once shipped, but we want you to be completely satisfied with your koi fish. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or replacement.
